Shipping & Returns Policy



By accepting charge(s) of any product(s) made from mrstool.com, customers (buyers) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the customer will be considered as material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are void with/without customer acknowledgement. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without prior written notice to the customer(s). Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time before you place an order from mrstool.com

Shipping Methods

mrstool offers UPS, U.S. Postal Service or other shipping method at our discretion. We use flat rate shipping based on the ammount you spend. Below is a table that will help you calculate these costs.

Order Process Information and Requirement We have added an area next to each product on its detail page that shows how long that individual product usually takes to ship from our store. This is only an estimate. We understand that our customers usually need their products very quickly and we do our very best do avoid any delays. We try to ship all orders as one but we may split an order into multiple shipments depending on product availability. mrstool.com may contact you regarding the order you have placed. If, for any reason, you cannot be reached, your order will be put on hold. mrstool.com does not hold any delaying responsibilities for any on hold orders for which they might cost any additional responsibilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their information has been input clearly and correctly. We will issue an email upon receiving your order regarding the information you have input. You may contact mrstool from 7:00AM-5:30PM CST.
On Hold Status On hold status defines as orders that cannot be processed due to an error. We might hold your order for the following reasons:
  • Credit card information cannot be verified.
  • Billing information and/or shipping information cannot be matched.
  • Credit Card has rejected your order due to human or mechanical error.
  • Receiver does not match credit card record as authorized user.

In order to prevent any delay of shipments, please make sure you have correctly input your billing information. Further more, if it is need, please feel free to call us at 1-800-648-1227 to verify your information. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we are unable to verify or process. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Lost or Damaged Package MRSTOOL limited liability

mrstool.com does not hold any responsibility for any loss of shipment due to shipping carriers mistakes or wrongdoings.

UPS DOES NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.

  • All cleared* orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometime inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.
  • Next Day Air Saver---All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon PST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
  • Second Day Air--- All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon PST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours. You can expect your package to arrive two days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alter any information of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier
  • 3 Day Select---All cleared* orders placed before 12:00 noon PST of a business day will be processed within 24 hours. You can expect your package to arrive three days (or the next business day following the weekend or holiday) after the day you paced your order. NOTE: Once a package has been dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not be able to alt any nformation of the order and will not be held responsible for any errors or delays caused the shipping carrier.
  • Large Items (over 150 lbs.) Cannot be shipped via UPS. You may still place your order online but shipping will be added once a shipping rate is determined. Please call 1-800-648-1227 for a quote on shipping before you place your order..
  • Once a package is dropped off to our carrier for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we can not make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.

* A cleared order is define as an order that is available, without questions, for shipping. Components include, but not limited to, the payment status of the customer, the billing and shipping information validity, and the availability of the ordered item(s).

Typographical Errors

mrstool.com is not responsible for typographical errors. All typographical errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Returns

We will accept returns that are in "NEW" condition with all parts packaging. There is currently no restocking fees for returns unless required by the manufacturer.

Special Order items cannot be returned.

If an item is defective please let us know as soon as possible

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before you return your item. mrstool.com will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense.

Please call 1-800-648-1227 to submit your RMA request. You will receive an RMA number and form. Please display the RMA number prominently on your package.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by mrstool.com.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products
The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to mrstool, therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if the wrong product is shipped or a mistake is made by mrstool.com we will gladly make sure our customers recieve the correct products without further shipping charges.

Physical Damages to any product will void the product? warranty and eligibility for return
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances.
